The room offers great sunlight and has one window. The room is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-bedroom house. Both bathrooms, the kitchen, and the basement are shared. The room is empty, and the furniture is for display purposes only, but can be furnished for a one-time fee.
Three people already live in the house, and you will be the 4th one.
We are looking for a professional roommate who is quiet, clean, considerate, and has good communication skills.
New applicants should have a good record of rental history or no history and good character. The check will be done.
Utilities will be split equally, roughly $45 to $60 per person based on usage.
