Both bedrooms have a brand new Seal mattress with Egyptian cotton bedding one room has a king, the other a queen. The living room has a nice couch with queen sized pull out sofa bed that is actually quite comfortable. Most everything is very clean and vaulted ceilings. The bedroom with the queen size bed has a twin size trundle bed that is stored underneath it.
