There is a large storage closet, everything in it stays. The back bed is permanent with full size thick mattress and most bedding is included. Cushions in dining area are brand new and very thick. USB lighting in back, light fixture above sink and table work. Have two USB pendant lights for above sink area that I didn't get hung but are included. Many things in pictures stay including some pillows.
The water will work but I have not hooked that up. No holding tanks. Screen door works great, screen itself has no holes or rips. I have never used the propane (incl stove), wiring/connections are there but I don't know if it works or not. Person before me never used it either. My intent was to take out the stove and put a seating or storage area there.
The front table folds down for additional sleeping, large storage area under both benches. Large storage area underneath bed in the back with access from inside and outside. Outdoor rug included, indoor rugs stay. Includes some small appliances. Self stick retro wall paper included that I bought for the dining area but never got hung.
Will put video in comments. Has been stored in my garage since I got it - it's that small you can store it in your garage and not have to pay for storage.
